Nudity glitch in Heavy Rain suggests more cheeky dev silliness
Our sister site Lesbian Gamers (the gay to our straight) has a piece up about Heavy Rain that we thought was worth re-posting here, given we like covering any female gamer news. The LG state “Don’t you love the term accidental glitch? I wonder if we did a statistical study as to any ‘accidental’ nudity glitches in video games, how many would be female and how many would be male?”. It’s an interesting idea and you can bet your ass it would be a lot more women in games than men who we get to see naked. The comments at Lesbian Gamers regarding this post also manage to highlight another issue in female gaming, that women aren’t allowed a voice, because as soon as they have an opinion some jackass brings out the ‘misandry’ card. There was nothing misanthropic in the post, just an observation and so it goes, that yet again the opinion of a female gamer is labeled misandric. Yawn.
